NDIS Participants aged 17–25

 

📅 When: Every Sunday, 10:00am – 2:00pm (4 hours)

📍 Where: Drop-off and pick-up at our Hub (9 Price Street, Nerang)

🔢 Support Ratio: 1:3 support ratio

​

💰 NDIS Rate: $40.86/hr – charged to Core Supports (Community Participation)

​

🎳 Out of Pocket Cost: $0 – we are providing the activity @ Strike Bowling Robina

​

🍴 Lunch: Lunch will be provided, and we will prepare it together at the Hub after bowling

​

🚌 Transport: Optional pick-ups & drop-offs available (additional charge)

​

👥 Max Participants: 6 participants per session
