This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting participants to build confidence, independence, and life skills through:
1:1 in-home and community support
Social and life-skills sessions
Community access, outings, and activities
Strength-based, person-centred support that actually makes a difference

No being thrown in the deep end, and no “good luck, figure it out” shifts.

We’re looking for support workers with heart, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others live their best life.
Must-Haves:

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Minimum 2–3 days availability per week

Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate approach
Bonus Skills (Not Essential):

Cert III/IV or higher in Disability, Community Services, or related field

First Aid & CPR
-
Experience supporting neurodivergent teens or young adults (ASD/ADHD)

Experience in community access or social group settings
