Our Dungeons & Dragons Group is a relaxed, inclusive space where players work together to solve problems, role-play characters, and have a heap of fun, no experience needed.
Each session blends imagination with real-world skills: communication, turn-taking, planning, flexible thinking, and confidence building. Come as you are; we’ll guide you through the rules and the adventure.
Group Details
📅 When: Fridays, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
📍 Where: The Hub, 9 Price Street, Nerang
🔢 Support Ratio: 1:2 (1:1 available if required)
💰 NDIS Rate: $37.70/hr (Core – Community Access/Group 1:2 Rate + Centre Capital Costs $2.59/hr)
💵 Out-of-Pocket Cost: $0
🍿 Snacks: Light snacks and refreshments provided
🚐 Transport: Optional pick-ups & drop-offs available (quoted individually)
👥 Group Size: Up to 8 participants (table-based setup for comfort and focus)
Sessions are structured with clear breaks and sensory-friendly pacing. Dice, character sheets, and starter materials are provided.
What We Do:
🧙 Create characters and learn the basics of role-play
🧙 Play short one-shots and mini-campaigns across terms
🧙 Practice turn-taking, planning, and collaborative storytelling
🧙 Celebrate wins (critical hits!) and navigate setbacks together
