Our NDIS SLES program offers personalised, practical support to build confidence, skills, and independence for the workplace and beyond.

We focus on real-world learning, providing hands-on experiences tailored to each participant’s career goals. Our program supports young people to explore different industries through workplace skill development, community projects, and supported work experience placements across the Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast.

Participants build confidence through real tasks and real environments — practising teamwork, customer interaction, time management, and responsibility — all with guidance from our experienced SLES mentors.

Whether your goal is to work in hospitality, retail, trades, or community services, we’ll help you gain the skills and experience needed to take the next step toward employment or further study.
