Women's NDIS Social Group Sunshine Coast

Our Ladies Lunch group is a relaxed, social program for women aged 40+ who want to get out, enjoy a meal, and build friendships in a warm, supportive environment.
Each week, we meet at The Studio for a quick catch-up before heading out together to a local café or restaurant on the Sunshine Coast.
With experienced female support workers and small group sizes, it’s a chance to share stories, laughter, and new experiences in a comfortable, inclusive setting.
Group Details
📅 When: Wednesdays, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
📍 Where: Meet at our Studio, Moffatt Beach
🔢 Support Ratio: 1:1 support
💰 NDIS Rate: 1:1 Core – Community Access weekday rate ($70.23/hr)
💵 Out-of-Pocket Cost: Participants pay for their own lunch
🍴 Food: Café lunches at different Sunshine Coast venues each week
🚐 Transport: Arranged individually with each participant’s support worker, or utilising our bus
👥 Group Size: Small, social group for women aged 40+
