Looking for a fun, social group where young adults can connect, explore, and enjoy community life?
The ThunderBolts is all about friendship, laughter, and confidence — a supportive space for young people to get out, try new things, and build independence in the community.
Each week, the group takes part in social outings and activities around the Sunshine Coast — from café catch-ups and beach walks to games, creative sessions, and local adventures. With experienced support workers and a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere, participants can develop real-world social skills while having a great time.
Group Details
📅 When: Fortnightly, Fridays
📍 Where: Sunshine Coast Community
🔢 Support Ratio: 1:2 (1:1 available if required)
💰 NDIS Rate: $35.11/hr (Core – Community Access 1:2)
🍴 Food: Bring lunch or purchase during outings
🚐 Transport: Optional pick-ups & drop-offs available (quoted individually)
👥 Group Size: Up to 10 participants
