This category focuses on planning, preparation and orientation, not tutoring or academic remediation.
At Loving Life Support Services, we provide structured transition support to help participants navigate educational changes with greater independence and confidence.
What this support is:
Improved Learning falls under the Capacity Building category of the NDIS and focuses on supporting participants moving through school and into further education settings.
We currently deliver supports under the following NDIS support item:

This support may be delivered 1:1 or in small structured groups and is focused on preparation, organisation and navigation skills.

• Exploring TAFE and university options
• Application support
• Orientation and preparation planning
