Kindness Club is all about doing good, feeling good, and connecting through simple acts of care, for others, and for yourself.
Each week looks a little different. Some days we’ll get hands-on with creative kindness projects like writing uplifting notes, making care packs, or baking for community organisations. Other days, we’ll focus on self-kindness: mindfulness, gratitude, or just taking time to connect and recharge.
It’s a calm, feel-good way to begin the week surrounded by good people and good energy.
Group Details
📅 When: Mondays, 9:00am – 1:00pm
📍 Where: The Hub, Nerang (with occasional community outings)
🔢 Support Ratio: 1:2 (1:1 available if required)
💰 NDIS Rate: $37.70/hr (Core – Community Access 1:2 Weekday Rate Centre Capital Costs)
💵 Out-of-Pocket Cost: $0
🚐 Transport: Optional pick-ups & drop-offs available (quoted individually)
👥 Group Size: Up to 8 participants
