Looking for a welcoming space to connect, laugh, and enjoy good food with great company?
Our 30+ Ladies’ Lunch group is designed for women aged 30 and over who want to build friendships, boost confidence, and share meaningful conversations in a relaxed setting.

Each week, we meet at a different café on the Gold Coast, exploring new spots together and supporting local businesses along the way. There’s no pressure, no expectations, and plenty of smiles. Whether you attend with your own support worker or access our team, this group is all about connection, community, and belonging.

📍 Details

📅 When: Every Tuesday, 11:00am – 2:00pm
📍 Where: A different café each week (location announced in advance)
🔢 Support Ratio: 1:1 (if you are not bringing your own support worker)
💰 NDIS Rate: $70.23/hr – Core (Community Access)
➡️ No charge if attending with your own support worker
💵 Out-of-Pocket Cost: Participants pay for their own meal or drink
🚐 Transport: Optional pick-ups & drop-offs available if using our support workers (quoted individually)
👥 Group Size: Up to 8 participants

You’ll have the chance to share your favourite local spots, vote on where to go next, and enjoy good food and conversation in a friendly, supportive environment.

Our role is simply to make connection easier. You bring yourself, we’ll bring the company!
