Social & Skills Group
NDIS Community Access & Life Skills Group – Gold Coast
Social & Skills is a small, structured community access program designed for young adults with intellectual disability and autism who benefit from a predictable, supported group environment.
This program is ideal for participants who prefer smaller groups, clear structure, and consistent support while developing independence and social confidence.
Each Wednesday blends purposeful community outings with practical life skill development, followed by structured downtime and lunch preparation at the Hub. The group is intentionally kept small to ensure participants feel safe, regulated, and supported as they build the skills needed to navigate the community more independently.
For some participants, Social & Skills acts as a stepping stone toward larger group programs, helping them gradually build confidence, routine, and readiness in a low-pressure setting.
