Disability Support Worker – Gold Coast
Now Hiring | Casual Positions Available
If you’re looking for a Disability Support Worker role on the Gold Coast where you’ll actually feel supported, valued, and part of something meaningful — welcome, you’ve just found it.
At Loving Life Support Services, we do support work with heart, humour, and genuine connection. We’re a values-driven NDIS provider (not a churn-and-burn agency), and we’re growing our Gold Coast team with humans who care as much as we do.
👋 About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker with Loving Life, no two days will look the same, and that’s the beauty of it. You’ll support participants to build confidence, independence, and real-world skills through:
1:1 in-home and community support
Social and life-skills programs
Fun, meaningful community outings
Connection-focused support that genuinely improves quality of life
You’ll be part of a warm, supportive team that works collaboratively, communicates well, and values your voice.
No cookie-cutter shifts… and no being thrown into a shift unprepared. Ever.
💜 Why You’ll Love Working With Us
Here’s what our team tells us they enjoy most:
✨ You’re treated like a human, not a roster number
✨ Flexibility that works around family, study, and real life
✨ A supportive leadership team who actually listens
✨ Opportunities to work across 1:1 supports, community access, and group programs
✨ Ongoing training, check-ins, and professional development
✨ A fun, uplifting team culture where individuality is celebrated
If you want to work somewhere you feel respected, supported, and appreciated, this is your place.

Current driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
-

🌈 A Role That Actually Makes a Difference
This role is for you if you:
Love building meaningful relationships
Enjoy helping people step outside their comfort zone (gently!)
Believe support is about empowerment, not doing everything for someone
Are reliable, compassionate, and not afraid of a little fun and laughter
