Cook. Learn. Thrive.: NDIS Cooking Classes on the Gold Coast
Cook. Learn. Thrive. is a 12-week program of NDIS cooking classes on the Gold Coast for participants who want to build real-life skills, confidence and independence in the kitchen.
Held at our Nerang Hub in a small, supportive group, participants learn everything from kitchen safety through to preparing complete meals, and get to enjoy what they make.
What Is Cook. Learn. Thrive.?
Cook. Learn. Thrive. is a structured NDIS cooking class with clear skill progression across 12 weeks. Each session builds on the last, so participants grow in confidence as their skills develop.

Why Cooking Builds Independence
Cooking brings together so many everyday skills: planning, following steps, staying safe, managing time and working with others. Practising them in a real kitchen, with support close by, makes them stick.
Many participants find that confidence in the kitchen flows into other parts of life, from shopping to routines at home.
