Men's Group: A Social Group for Men 40+ on the Sunshine Coast
Our Men's Group is a relaxed NDIS social group on the Sunshine Coast for men aged 40 and over. Good blokes, great company and real connections, every Tuesday morning.
It is a welcoming space to connect, have a chat and enjoy time together, with experienced support workers there to help everyone feel comfortable and included.
What Is the Men's Group?
The Men's Group is an NDIS funded community access group that meets each Tuesday at The Studio in Moffat Beach. Some weeks the group stays in the studio, and other weeks it heads out together into the community.
It is built for men who might not want a busy, high-energy program, but would enjoy regular company, a few laughs and something to look forward to each week.
What Happens at the Men's Group?
Around twice a month, the group stays in the studio for:
Board games and social games
Darts and friendly challenges
A cuppa and a chat
Around twice a month, the group heads out in our bus for social outings around the Sunshine Coast.
Either way, the focus is the same: companionship, conversation and leaving feeling better than when you arrived.
Who Is the Men's Group For?
The Men's Group suits men aged 40 and over who:
Would like to meet other men in a relaxed, no-pressure setting
Enjoy games, banter and good conversation
Want to get out and about in the community
Are building confidence in social and community settings

Why Connection Matters
For many men, social connection gets harder with age, and it is not always easy to find a group that feels like a good fit. A regular, familiar group makes it easier to turn up, settle in and build genuine friendships over time.
Along the way, members build confidence in social and community settings while working towards their NDIS goals.
